Transforming the Reference Group of Discrete Correlated Data in Original Study of Dose-Response Meta-Analysis

Objective To introduce the method and software of transforming the reference group of discrete correlated data in original study of dose-response meta-analysis. Method It was illustrated on a cohort study data. Firstly, introduce the transforming theory. Then we conducted the transforming using EXCEL and R softwares. Result The result was consistent between two softwares and reanalyzing the original data. Conclusion EXCEL and R softwares can be a good solution to transforming the reference group of discrete correlated data in original study of dose-response meta-analysis, in case of failing obtaining the original data.
