Effect of Different Doses of Continuous Blood Purification on the Prognosis of Patients with Severe Acute Kidney Injury

    • ObjectiveTo explore the suitable dose of CBP in China S-AKI the best treatment. Method Patients with S-AKI in Guangdong General Hospital during 2010 November to 2014 February for CBP treatment were selected. All patients were recruited randomly divided into 3 groups. Results 103 patients were randomly divided into high dose group and low dose group. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the survival rate of high dose group and that of low dose group in 14 days, 28 days and 90 days(P>0.05). Conclusion Increasing dose of CBP may not improve the clinical prognosis of patients with AKI.
