Correctly Recognizing and Treating the Defects of Evidence-Based Medicine Practice

Although evidence-based medicine （EBM） is a good guideline in clinical practice, some defects could be found when realizing the EBM practice, such as excessive and absolutization about the best evidence, overly paid attention to the universality of the best evidence and paid no attention to defects in the process of obtaining the best evidence, etc. In the EBM practice, accurately understanding the relativity, universality and particularity of evidence of EBM, following the strategy of gradual improvement, clinical medicine practice would avoid detours.
