Nursing Progress in the Treatment of Patients With Liver Failure Using Artificial Liver With Dual Plasma Molecular Adsorption System

    • As a new blood purification technology, dual plasma molecular adsorption system (DPMAS) has shown good clinical effect in the treatment of liver failure. Scientific and systematic nursing interventions have a great significance in improving treatment effectiveness, reducing complications, and improving patient prognosis. This paper systematically introduced the latest nursing progress of DPMAS in the treatment of patients with liver failure, including the technical principle, application and nursing characteristics, nursing monitoring points, main nursing intervention modes, complication management, existing problems and future development direction. This paper focuses on the predictive nursing, traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing and psychological nursing, and finds that the three nursing intervention modes can significantly improve the safety and effectiveness of DPMAS treatment. Finally, it pointed out the problems existing in the current nursing research, and put forward suggestions for the future development direction, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing practice.
